I had been reading the Real Estate Guide in Bundaberg News Mail for some time and had been keeping an eye on prices in the area my home was in.  I also saw, in the real estate guide, information Michael Loader had written about the state of play in the area and he seemed to be selling. I had heard several good things from satisfied clients about the way Michael Loader had helped them in selling their homes.  I decided to contact Michael about selling my home in Kepnock.

 

I found Michael to be upfront with what he thought my home should be placed on the market at and he then advised me what the next steps should be. I had decided to list my home for sale the week before I would be out of the country for six weeks as I trusted Michael with my lovely home. He kept me informed, by email, during this time of when the home was being opened for inspection and whether there were any offers and what they were. 

 

I had a price in my head that I would not go below and when Michael rang me offering me that sum I had no hesitation in accepting the offer.  I think Michael was as pleased as I was that the home sold so quickly; two days before arriving back in Australia my home was sold.

 I would like to record my great appreciation for the work you did in selling our late fathers home at 4 Mokera st, Coral Cove. You came to us highly recommended from a business colleague and you certainly lived up to your reputation.

We wanted to take this opportunity to thank Michael Loader for selling our family home located in Kepnock. My husband and I chose to sell our home through Michael, due to previous success of the selling of a late family member’s home with him and his reputation within our suburb as the top gun.

Michael explained all our marketing options and with his expert knowledge and advice we decided to have professional photos taken, advertise on-line, in the local Domain as well as open house inspections. This option really catered to suit our needs and the response was almost instant with enquiry pouring in.
