 I would like to record my great appreciation for the work you did in selling our late fathers home at 4 Mokera st, Coral Cove. You came to us highly recommended from a business colleague and you certainly lived up to your reputation.

 I thought you handled everything professionally, promptly, and knowledgeably. The initial appraisal you did on the property turned out to be remarkably accurate, and the way you marketed it for sale could not in my opinion have been better, we received fantastic feedback on the way the advert was written and the care you took in making sure everything was just perfect.

You conducted negotiations with prospective buyers with great tact and care, and I was very pleased with and grateful for your diligence in keeping me informed of developments along the way.

You sold the property in less than a week, for $21,000 above our list price something both me and my family were over the moon about, you certainly acted in our best interests, for that we are so grateful mate.

In short I am really glad that you did it all so well and it certainly aided us dealing with such a consummate professional who exceeded our expectations in every sense

The next time myself or any of our family want to sell a house, I will be looking to you to do it all again!
