We wanted to take this opportunity to thank Michael Loader for selling our family home located in Kepnock. My husband and I chose to sell our home through Michael, due to previous success of the selling of a late family member’s home with him and his reputation within our suburb as the top gun.

Michael explained all our marketing options and with his expert knowledge and advice we decided to have professional photos taken, advertise on-line, in the local Domain as well as open house inspections. This option really catered to suit our needs and the response was almost instant with enquiry pouring in. We had over 30 inspections on the home is just a few weeks, all of which were handled with the upmost professionalism.
